Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of MapsCrawler, a service by Zentio, Lafelterweg 2A, Belgium. Company number 1031.106.436, VAT number BE1031106436, email info@zentio.be. By creating an account or using the tool, you accept these terms.

You need an account to run scans. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Each plan includes a monthly number of search credits and AI lookups. We may adjust these limits to keep the service and the cost of external map data manageable.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, features may change, and there is no guaranteed availability.

You will not use the service to bypass limits, scrape at scale outside the tool, overload the infrastructure, or infringe the rights of third parties.

You are responsible for how you use the data you obtain, including compliance with rules on direct marketing, unsolicited communication and data protection.

Business data comes from external map services, including the Google Maps and Places API. Use of that data is also subject to those providers' terms. We do not guarantee that the data is complete, up to date or accurate; verify important data before use.

Results from AI enrichment are found automatically and are not verified. They are marked separately and must not be treated as fact without verification.

The software, design and brand name MapsCrawler remain the property of Zentio. You receive a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right of use for the duration of your account.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top indicates the latest change.
